It was deemed necessary to complete a formal investigation into the flood incident on Pheasant Walk, Sanford on Thames on the 23rd September 2024. Due to the number of properties that reported flooding internally, this event was considered to meet the threshold for investigation. This report was published on the 04/03/2025.
