It was deemed necessary to complete a formal investigation into the flood incident for Oxford Rd/Mill Street, Kidlington, on the 24th/25th November 2024. Due to the number of properties that reported flooding internally, this event was considered to meet the threshold for investigation. This report was published on the 15/01/2026.
