It was deemed necessary to complete a formal investigation into the flood incident at Hanover Gardens, Bicester on 23rd/ 24th September 2024. Due to the number of properties that reported flooding internally, this event was considered to meet the threshold for investigation. This report was published on the 22/08/2025.
